Job summary

Integra in Sandersville, GA is seeking an HSE Manager to lead day-to-day safety activities across project sites. You will implement and maintain safety programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and serve as the primary safety contact for issues.

Supervise site safety staff, coordinate training and risk assessments, and drive a culture of continuous improvement. You will collaborate with operations, engineering, and leadership teams to identify hazards, develop controls, and measure safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction or General Industry is required.
• First Aid/CPR Certification is required.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive safety experience, including field-based safety roles.
• Experience leading other safety professionals is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead creation, review, and implementation of safety plans, procedures, and deliverables.
• Provide mentorship to junior safety professionals.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory standards.
• Lead high-level safety reviews related to risk and processes.
• Plan and deliver targeted training on safety practices and hazard mitigation.
• Conduct site inspections, hazard assessments, and root cause analyses.
