Job summary

Integra is seeking an experienced HSE Manager to oversee day-to-day safety activities across assigned operations. You will implement safety programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and supervise site safety staff to drive continuous improvement.

You will collaborate with operations, engineering, and leadership to identify hazards, develop controls, and measure safety performance; you will plan training, conduct inspections, and travel between project sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field is required.
• OSHA 30-Hour Construction or General Industry is required.
• First Aid/CPR Certification is required.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive safety experience, including field-based roles.
• Experience leading other safety professionals.
• Experience in high-risk industries such as construction, energy, or manufacturing is desirable.
• Legal authorization to work in the US and a valid driver’s license with ability to travel between project sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation, review, and implementation of safety plans, procedures, and technical deliverables.
• Provide subject matter expertise and mentorship to junior safety professionals.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other applicable regulatory standards.
• Participate in and lead high-level safety reviews related to operational risk and complex processes.
• Plan and deliver targeted training on safety practices, regulatory updates, and hazard mitigation.
• Conduct and document site inspections, hazard assessments, and root cause analyses for incidents.
• Identify trends and recommend improvements to reduce risks and improve safety performance.
• Collaborate with project teams, engineering, operations, and leadership to integrate safety into all phases of work.
• Stay current with industry best practices, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies in safety management.
