Job summary

Integra Mission Critical, LLC. is seeking an HSE Manager to oversee day-to-day safety across operations. You will lead safety plans, ensure regulatory compliance and mentor a site safety team while coordinating with operations and engineering.

You will drive risk assessments, incident investigations, and training programs to foster a culture of continuous safety improvement across project sites in the Texas area.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
• OSHA 30 Hour Construction or General Industry.
• First Aid CPR Certification.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive safety experience including field roles.
• Experience leading other safety professionals and traveling to project sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead creation, review and implementation of safety plans and procedures.
• Mentor junior safety professionals and build safety capability.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA and other applicable standards.
• Lead high-level safety reviews on risk and complex processes.
• Plan and deliver targeted safety training and regulatory updates.
• Conduct site inspections, hazard assessments and root cause analyses.
• Identify trends and recommend improvements to reduce risk.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate safety in all phases.
• Stay current with industry best practices and regulatory changes.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety

Masters degree preferred
