Integra Mission Critical, LLC. in Lancaster, TX is seeking an HSE Manager to oversee day-to-day safety activities across assigned operations.

You will implement safety programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and serve as the primary contact for safety issues, coordinating training, risk assessments, and culture of continuous improvement. The role requires coordinating with operations, engineering, and leadership to identify hazards, develop controls, and measure safety performance, while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in safety required.
• OSHA 30 Hour Construction or General Industry required.
• First Aid/CPR certification required.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive safety experience.
• Experience leading safety professionals.
• Desirable: experience in high risk industries (construction, energy, manufacturing).
• Must be eligible to work in the US.
• Must have a valid driver's license and travel between sites as needed.
• Knowledge of OSHA standards 29 CFR 1910-1926 and related regs.

Responsibilities

• Lead creation, review, and implementation of safety plans and procedures.
• Provide mentorship to junior safety professionals.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and applicable standards.
• Lead high-level safety reviews for risk and complex processes.
• Plan and deliver targeted safety training and regulatory updates.
• Document site inspections, hazard assessments, and root cause analyses.
• Identify trends and recommend improvements to reduce risks.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate safety in all phases.
• Stay current with industry best practices and emerging safety tech.
