Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC seeks a strategic HR Business Partner to support People eXperience and Technology (PXT) for a large hourly workforce and business leaders. You will drive talent management, employee engagement, and operational excellence with data-driven insights and coaching for leaders across multiple sites.

You will lead HR initiatives, manage complex employee relations, and partner with leaders to deliver high-impact programs that improve employee experience and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting or leading employee-focused processes including onboarding, benefits, investigations, training or talent management.
• Ability to train others in HR technologies and digital platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to build effective partnerships with business leaders.
• Experience handling employee relations matters and conducting workplace investigations.

Responsibilities

• Improve site effectiveness by identifying systemic patterns, addressing root causes and ensuring fair policy application.
• Use data analytics to identify trends and implement proactive solutions.
• Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs.
• Coach leaders on people management, performance feedback, and development.
• Partner with leaders on equitable talent practices across selection, development and advancement.
• Drive adoption of HR technology solutions, AI, and self-service tools while maintaining high-touch service.
