Job summary

Amazon is seeking an HR Partner to strengthen employee experience, engagement, and leadership development within the Rural, Super Rural PXT team. The role emphasizes standard HR processes, data-driven insights, and proactive coaching with operations partners across NY sites.

The position requires onsite work and up to 50% travel to provide leadership and development to operations partners and hourly associates, while building partnerships and driving HR excellence across locations.

Qualifications

• Experience handling confidential information.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience communicating effectively with diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support employee experience by executing key HR programs and partnering with PXT and Operations.
• Execute standard work with quality, timeliness, and accurate documentation of HR processes.
• Provide frontline employee support, respond to inquiries, and escalate as needed.
• Assist in managing feedback channels and support issue tracking and improvements.
• Coach frontline leaders on behaviors that boost engagement and retention.
• Support site-level engagement and culture-building initiatives, coordinating logistics.
• Track PXT data (attrition, attendance, hiring, sentiment) for site reviews.
• Promote self-service tools and identify gaps to improve usability.
