Job summary

Amazon is seeking an HR Business Partner for Rural Super Rural (RSR) PXT to provide HR generalist support to hourly employees and business leaders, focusing on talent management, employee engagement, and operational excellence.

You will partner with leaders to drive HR initiatives, leverage data analytics, and potentially lead entry‑level HR teams. This role requires onsite work at an Amazon facility and travel to support multiple sites in the Chesapeake region.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree, or 2+ years of Amazon experience.
2+ years of human resources or equivalent experience.
Experience supporting or leading employee‑focused processes including onboarding, benefits, investigations, training or talent management.
Master's Degree or MBA.
Experience supporting operational environments (manufacturing, distribution, or similar).

Responsibilities

Improve site effectiveness by identifying systemic patterns and implementing fair, compliant policies.
Use data analytics to identify trends and drive improvements in employee experience.
Execute and monitor employee engagement strategies and recognition programs.
Coach leaders on effective people management practices and complex employee relations.
Promote equitable talent practices across selection, development, and advancement.
Drive adoption of HR technology and AI with high‑touch service delivery.
