Job summary

FCS Security Services, Inc. is seeking a Regional HR Manager to oversee policy development, audits, and compliance across multiple East Coast states.

You will supervise local HR teams, implement policies, and handle day-to-day regional HR issues to support business needs. Successful candidates will have strong knowledge of local labor regulations, hands-on payroll system experience, and a proven track record in HR leadership, aiming to strengthen the regional employer brand and strategic people

Qualifications

• Proven regional HR management experience.
• Full cycle recruiting knowledge.
• Strong understanding of VA/MD/PA labor regulations.
• Hands-on experience with payroll systems and HRIS.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Set performance standards and evaluate local HR teams.
• Define onboarding procedures in alignment with company culture.
• Investigate EEOC claims and potential lawsuits.
• Track and handle EEO-1 reporting.
• Audit timekeeping for compliance with state and federal laws.
• Audit administrators' timekeeping and non-exempt staff processes.
• Create onboarding processes for region.
• Respond to employment verifications regionally.
• Assist investigations and oversee workers' comp claims; manage FMLA reports.
• Prepare and manage division budget; track recruiting KPIs.
• Coordinate with VP of HR on organization-wide strategies.
