Qualifications
- 7+ years HR experience with 3+ years in leadership.
- Experience US/Canada operations and payroll.
- Strong employee relations, compliance, and risk management.
- Experience with union payroll and prevailing-wage requirements.
- Construction or field-based industry experience preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop regional HR team across locations.
- Advise leaders on workforce planning and compensation.
- Oversee US/Canada payroll, benefits, and retirement plans.
- Ensure HR compliance, policy development, and investigations.
- Support union matters and prevailing-wage requirements.
- Improve HR systems, reporting, and internal controls.
