Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Regional Human Resources Director who will lead a team of HR Managers and HR Representatives overseeing employee and labor relations across a multi-state region. The role partners with the President, Regional Vice Presidents, and site leaders to align HR strategy with client objectives, provide proactive counsel, ensure legal compliance, and drive policy implementation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• 7+ years human resources managerial experience required, including employee relations and policy development.
• Experience with multi-state operations and compliance with federal/state employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction to Regional HR team, coaching and developing members.
• Act as a strategic business partner with Regional leadership, aligning HR with client objectives and ensuring policy compliance.
• Create, implement, and monitor regional HR policies and procedures; conduct training for managers and supervisors.
