Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is hiring a Regional HR Coordinator to support HR activities across the region and perform onboarding, investigations, and records management. This role requires coordination with the HRBP and leadership teams.

Ideal candidate has 1+ year HR experience, a relevant degree, and willingness to travel within the region to support operations and compliance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 1 year HR experience; 3+ years preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with employee investigations under direction of HRBP.
• Maintains personnel records for compliance and audits.
• Facilitates new employee orientation and onboarding processes.
• Ensures I-9 compliance and onboarding completion.
• Gathers information for unemployment claims and HR inquiries.
• Guides employees through ADA/FMLA in partnership with HRBP.
• Supports regional HR activities and collaboration with leadership.
• Assists with onboarding events for mergers and acquisitions.
• May provide sourcing and recruitment support per direction.
• Regional travel within assigned area is required.
