Job summary

Vanderlande Industries B.V. seeks an Regional HR Partner Lead for the Middle East to drive people strategy and lead the regional HR Partner organization.

You will advise senior leaders, shape organizational design, and support business growth through effective people management and development. You will lead HR programs, ensure compliance with local labor laws, and collaborate with Global HRBPs to translate global initiatives into regional actions while navigating market dynamics.

Qualifications

• Significant HR leadership experience within an international environment.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on organizational design and workforce planning.
• Proven ability to drive organizational transformation and change management initiatives.
• Strong business acumen with results-oriented mindset.
• Demonstrated stakeholder management and influencing skills across cultures.
• Experience working in Middle East markets with knowledge of labor legislation and practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop the regional HR Partner organization across the Middle East.
• Advise business leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, engagement and succession planning.
• Ensure effective execution of HR processes, policies, and programs, including integration programs such as the Vanderlande Logistics integration.
• Drive local implementation of Vanderlande's people strategy and HR initiatives.
• Lead organizational development and change management initiatives.
• Oversee talent, performance, rewards, mobility, engagement, DEI, health & wellbeing and learning & development programs.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Manage complex employee relations and people-related matters.
• Analyze workforce trends and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with regional HR teams, Global HRBPs, and HR functions.
