Job summary

Vanderlande is seeking a dynamic HR Partner to collaborate with managers and employees across the Georgia-based client group and North America. You will handle onboarding, performance management, talent development, employee relations, engagement, and HR operations. Occasional travel up to 15% domestically and internationally may be required.

Qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 5–7 years of HR experience, with knowledge of U.S. employment practices.

• 5–7 years HR experience in partner/generalist roles.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. employment practices; GA knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with managers to provide practical, business-focused HR guidance.
• Manage employee life-cycle activities including onboarding, performance, talent development, transfers, and offboarding.
• Coach managers on feedback, employee relations, and talent management best practices.
• Support engagement initiatives to strengthen employee experience and HR operations.
• Collaborate with regional/global HR teams on compensation, benefits, and HR programs.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. and state employment laws and company policies.
