You will lead the HR Partner organization, translating global HR initiatives into regional execution while adapting to local market dynamics and labor practices. Travel required 20–40% of the time.

Aufgaben

• Lead, coach and develop the regional HR Partner organization across the Middle East.
• Advise business leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, talent management and engagement to support growth.
• Ensure effective execution of HR processes, policies and programs, including integration projects.
• Drive local implementation of Vanderlande's people strategy and regional HR initiatives.
• Lead organizational development and change management initiatives.
• Oversee execution of talent, performance, rewards, mobility, engagement, DEI, wellbeing and L&D programs.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
• Manage complex employee relations and people-related matters.
• Analyze workforce trends and provide people insights to aid decisions.
• Collaborate with regional HR teams, Global HRBPs and HR Functions.
