Vanderlande is seeking a dynamic HR Partner to support a Georgia-based client group and collaborate with North American leaders. You will manage onboarding, performance development, employee relations, and HR operations while promoting best practices across the organization.

The role requires 5–7 years in an HR Partner or generalist role, strong U.S. employment knowledge, and experience with Workday. Travel up to 15% may be domestic and international.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, business administration, or related field.
• 5–7 years HR experience in HR Partner/Generalist roles.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. employment practices; familiarity with Georgia requirements preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, coaching and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, handle confidential information with good judgment.

Responsabilités

• Partner with managers to provide practical, business-focused HR guidance.
• Manage employee lifecycle activities: onboarding, performance, development, transfers, offboarding.
• Coach managers on feedback, employee relations, and talent management best practices.
• Support engagement initiatives to strengthen employee experience and HR operations.
• Collaborate with regional/global HR on compensation, benefits, and HR programs.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. laws and company policies.
• Assist with HR projects to improve processes and tools.
• Work with Talent Acquisition on recruitment and workforce planning.
