Vanderlande seeks a Human Resources Partner to partner with managers and employees across a Georgia-based client group, while collaborating with North America teams as needed. The role covers onboarding, performance management, talent development, employee relations, and HR operations.

You will support HR initiatives, guide self-service transactions, and ensure compliance with U.S. and state employment laws. Travel up to 15% is expected to support employees and initiatives.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5–7 years HR experience in a partner, generalist, or employee-facing HR role.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. employment practices; Georgia requirements preferred.
• Experience with HRIS systems such as Workday is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 15% (domestic and international).

• Partner with managers to provide practical, business‑oriented HR guidance.
• Manage employee life cycle activities: onboarding, performance, development, transfers, offboarding.
• Coach managers on feedback, documentation and employee relations best practices.
• Support employee engagement initiatives and HR program implementation.

• Prepare HR reports and insights for informed decisions.
