Qualifications

Significant senior HR leadership experience, ideally at Director level in a multinational organisation.
Proven ability to develop regional people strategies aligned with business priorities.
Strong knowledge of employment law across NAMER and LATAM.
Experience leading geographically dispersed HR teams and workforce planning.

Responsibilities

Lead NAMER and LATAM HR teams, establishing objectives, service standards, and accountability.
Develop and execute regional people strategy aligned with EOS global objectives.
Advise regional leaders on people matters to translate business goals into talent strategies.
Oversee employee lifecycle, HR operations, recruitment, payroll, benefits, and performance management.
Lead workforce planning, cost forecasting, and organizational change initiatives.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation across NAMER and LATAM.
