Job summary

Vanderlande is seeking a dynamic HR Partner to support a Georgia-based client group and collaborate with North America teams. You will drive people practices across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, performance management, and talent development.

This role emphasizes partnership with managers, delivering practical HR guidance, and advancing engagement, compliance, and HR projects. Occasional travel up to 15% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5-7 years HR experience in HR Partner/Generalist roles.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. employment practices; Georgia requirements preferred.
• Experience with HRIS (Workday) and HR analytics is a plus.
• HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR are assets.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical, business-oriented HR guidance to managers.
• Manage onboarding, performance management, transfers, and offboarding.
• Coach managers on feedback and employee relations.
• Support employee engagement and HR operations.
• Collaborate with regional/global HR on compensation and benefits.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. employment laws and policies.
• Participate in HR projects to improve processes and tools.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition on recruitment and workforce planning.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and insights.
• Guide employees on self-service HR portal and policy interpretation.
• Perform other HR duties as needed.
