Centerstone America is seeking an HR Market Director to provide regional leadership and operational HR support across assigned markets. The role drives employee relations, performance management, engagement, and compliance initiatives in alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressive HR experience, including employee relations and compliance.
• Prior people management or supervisory experience preferred.
• HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, implement, and champion HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Recruit, interview, hire, train, and supervise HR staff in the market.
• Manage HR programs including performance management and employee engagement.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and audits across markets.
• Collaborate with leadership to support workforce planning and development.
• Travel regularly to sites within the market to provide in-person leadership.
