Job summary

Genesis Administrative Services LLC in the United States is seeking a Market Human Resource Director to act as the 'Guardrail' for HR operations across PODs, partnering with the Senior HR Director to oversee regulatory compliance, labor relations, risk management and policy enforcement.

You will mentor Center Leadership and PSPs, drive retention strategies aligned with laws, support hiring and onboarding, and implement enterprise tools and templates to standardize processes across markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• PHR preferred.
• 5–7 years of relevant HR experience.
• Knowledge of compensation, employee relations, diversity and employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Mentor Center Leadership and PSPs to foster operational autonomy.
• Act as compliance steward and align retention initiatives with policy.
• Escalate high‑risk employment issues and protect the organization from disputes.
• Support interviewing, hiring, and onboarding of PSPs and Center staff.
• Implement enterprise HR tools and templates to standardize retention and evaluation.
