Centerstone America is seeking an HR Market Director to lead HR strategy across Illinois markets and provide operational HR support. You will manage HR teams, guide HR Business Partners, and partner with regional leadership to drive employee relations, performance management, and compliance initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor's in HR or related field, 5+ years of HR experience, and preferred SHRM certification. Travel to sites within the market is expected in this full-time position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience including employee relations and compliance.
• SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, implement, and champion HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee market HR policies, programs, and initiatives with talent strategy.
