World Market in the United States is seeking a Regional Human Resources Manager to partner with field leaders across 45+ stores. You will guide performance management, employee relations, recruitment, and compensation strategies to uphold our Authentic, Empowering, Respectful culture.

This role requires strong communication, change management, and the ability to work remotely with occasional travel to stores.

Formación

• BA/BS degree, or comparable generalist HR work experience preferably in the retail industry.
• 3+ years of previous management experience in Human Resources or related field.
• Unquestioned professionalism, objectivity and integrity in all situations.
• Excellent communication skills to convey confidence and collaborate with all levels.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, adapt to change and thrive in ambiguity.

Responsabilidades

• Provide HR support to the region focusing on associate relations, talent development, performance management and compliance.
• Partner with field leaders on complex associate relations and staffing/retention issues with strategic guidance.
• Support company-wide initiatives to help teams achieve goals and deliver results.
• Build trust and rapport with associates at all levels.
• Monitor compliance on hiring, onboarding, training and engagement practices.
• Train managers on HR practices including coaching, discipline and hiring.
• EnsureRetail HR operations adhere to legal standards and practices.
• Respond to changes in business priorities and assist with change management.
• Investigate and resolve associate complaints/concerns.
• Conduct most communication over the phone and virtually.
• Occasional travel, including overnight stays.
