Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. seeks a senior HR leader to oversee HR initiatives for a defined regional account. You will drive workforce planning, performance, engagement, and development while ensuring legal compliance and risk management.

You will partner with senior leaders and supervise HR staff to deliver strategic HR services. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 7–10 years of HR experience, PHR/SPHR preferred, and strong data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a 4-year college or university and 7–10 years of related HR experience.
• PHR or SPHR certification preferred.
• Strong business partner and leadership capabilities in HR.

Responsibilities

• Provides HR leadership for a designated region through policy/program interpretation and information flow.
• Links HR strategy to business plans across lines of business within the region.
• Supervises HR staff and manages staff performance.
• Identifies and manages employment-related risk including investigations and compliance.
• Counsels on employee relations, mediations, and grievances.
