Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of six years of progressive HR experience, including at least four years in an HR leadership role.
• Experience leading multiple HR functions (employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, compliance, compensation and benefits, HR operations).
• SHRM-CP, PHR, SHRM-SCP, SPHR or comparable certification preferred.
• Ability to analyze HR data and use insights for decision-making.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and risk management.

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with mission, values, and goals.
• Lead workforce planning and talent management including recruitment and onboarding.
• Oversee HR policies, compliance, and risk management.
• Support employee relations, investigations, and disciplinary actions.

• Oversee HR operations, HRIS, data reporting, and budgeting.
