Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Regional HR Director to serve as the senior HR advisor to the Regional VP and leadership team across 600+ stores.

You will lead a team of HR Business Partners, align regional people strategy with enterprise priorities, and leverage workforce insights to strengthen leadership and talent pipelines. The role collaborates with HR Centers of Excellence, Employee Relations, and Legal, driving organizational change while ensuring policy adherence and proactive risk

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive HR experience, with 3+ years in leadership (multi-unit preferred).
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related field.
PHR or SPHR certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Partner with regional leadership to translate business priorities into people strategy.
Lead HRBP team and coordinate with centers of excellence, Employee Relations, and Legal.
Analyze workforce metrics to diagnose issues and shape regional strategies.
Oversee regional engagement, retention, and change initiatives.
