Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Regional HR Director to serve as the senior HR advisor to the Regional Vice President and leadership team, shaping a comprehensive people strategy for 600+ stores.

You will lead a team of HR Business Partners and partner across HR centers of excellence, employee relations, and legal to deliver integrated talent solutions and drive regional performance. Responsibilities include building leadership capability, succession planning, workforce analytics, and

• Proven multi-unit, geographically dispersed HR experience.
• Demonstrated success partnering with senior executives to improve business outcomes.
• Strong analytics capability; able to build a people plan with data.
• Ability to think strategically and translate insights into actions amid ambiguity.
• High degree of business and financial acumen.
• Proven leadership and change-management能力.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and conflict management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Workday.
• Ability to travel as necessary.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with the regional leadership team to translate business priorities into a regional people strategy.
• Visit stores and markets to stay aligned with field operations and inform HR decisions.
• Use workforce data to diagnose issues and develop proactive plans.
• Lead HRBP team and coordinate with Employee Relations and Legal.
• Drive organizational design and change initiatives across the region.
• Own talent and succession planning, and develop development actions.
• Support talent acquisition, leadership selection, and staffing priorities.
• Ensure consistent application of policies and performance expectations.
