Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Director, HR Business Partner to serve as senior HR advisor to regional leadership across 600+ stores. You will translate business priorities into people strategies, lead a team of HRBP, and drive talent, succession, and organizational change.

This remote-based role covers multiple states with up to 50% travel, requiring strong analytics, business acumen, and ability to partner with legal and Employee Relations to mitigate risk and improve performance.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Business partner experience with senior executives to improve outcomes.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

Partner with regional leadership to translate priorities into a regional people strategy.
Lead a team of HR Business Partners with clear priorities and measurable outcomes.
Develop talent pipelines and succession plans for regional leadership roles.
Coordinate with Employee Relations and Legal to address workforce risks.
Drive organizational design and change aligned with regional and enterprise priorities.
