Job summary

South Carolina Vocational Rehabilitation Department seeks an HR professional to perform complex personnel transactions, recruit, and manage onboarding for multiple regions. The role handles NEOGOV postings, salary offers, and data integrity in SCEIS, with a focus on compliance and efficient HR processes.

Responsibilities include maintaining employee data, handling offers and required documentation, and supporting the HR team on initiatives and reporting.

• Prepare routine HR letters and maintain HRIS data.
• Support HR team coverage and department initiatives.
