Job summary

South Carolina Department of Revenue (SCDOR) invites you to join the HR Shared Services Team as a Coordinator. You will verify and process time, leave, classification, benefits, and employment selections, collaborating with HR teammates to uphold accuracy and compliance.

The role supports onboarding, benefits administration, and entry of personnel actions in SCEIS, with opportunities for telework up to two days per week after one year and a hybrid work schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and relevant experience.
• Experience or education may be substituted on a year-for-year basis with an approved equivalency.

Responsibilities

• Verify and process time, leave, classification, benefits, and employment selection transactions.
• Assist with benefits, leave, classification, and payroll-related tasks and open enrollment activities.
• Enter and review HR data in SCEIS and assist with troubleshooting SCEIS transactions.
• Support managers and HR staff with interpretation of HR policies and regulations.
