The South Carolina Vocational Rehabilitation Department seeks an HR Specialist to handle classifications, compensation, onboarding, and employee data in NEOGOV and SCEIS. Under supervision, you will process personnel transactions, manage recruitment, create salary offers, and ensure compliance with state policies.

This role supports internal teams, prepares reports, coordinates job fairs, and maintains HR records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and two years of HR experience.
• At least one year of experience with an HRIS.

Responsabilités

• Perform complex personnel transactions and position maintenance in SCEIS.
• Draft NEOGOV postings and coordinate recruitment.
• Create salary offers and document requirements.
• Oversee onboarding and ensure E-Verify and I-9 compliance.
• Maintain HR data and generate reports.
