dormakaba Americas is seeking a Regional Sales Representative for the greater Seattle, WA area. The role focuses on access control solutions for the hospitality sector, driving revenue by identifying new opportunities and growing relationships with hotels, resorts, casinos, and conference centers.

The position includes WA, OR, ID, AK, MT and offers a base salary of $85,000–$95,000 plus a generous sales incentive.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of sales experience.
• Travel approximately 50% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new hospitality sector opportunities in access control and security.
• Develop regional sales plans and collaborate with marketing/product teams.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitive offerings.
• Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals with profitability.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations and support for project execution.
