Certus Recruitment Group is partnering with a global hospitality technology leader to hire a Territory Sales Manager for the US market. The role focuses on hotels and resorts, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close across Seattle, Dallas, and Hawaii in-market.

You'll travel regularly within the territory, build relationships with senior decision-makers, and leverage existing networks to drive mid-market and enterprise SaaS deals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years B2B sales in hotels, resorts or hospitality tech.
• Established network in hotel and hospitality sector.
• Proven track record of generating pipeline and closing mid-market or enterprise deals.
• Experience managing a regional territory and working independently in the field.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and win new business across hotel groups, resorts and independent properties.
• Leverage existing hospitality relationships to generate opportunities.
• Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to contract close.
• Build relationships with hotel owners, management companies and senior decision-makers.
• Maintain pipeline, account plans and forecasts in Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Represent the business at industry events and maintain a strong market presence.
