You will travel regularly within your territory and participate in industry events, earning uncapped commission with a base salary starting at $90,000+. SaaS experience and hospitality sector connections are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B sales in hotels, resorts, or hospitality tech.
• Well-connected in hotel and hospitality sectors.
• Proven pipeline generation and mid-market/enterprise closing.
• Independent field sales experience managing a regional territory.
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
• Fluent business English; willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory sales strategy to hit revenue targets.
• Identify and win new hotel groups, resorts, independents.
• Leverage industry relationships to create opportunities.
• Manage full sales cycle from outreach to close.
• Build relationships with owners, management companies, senior decision-makers.
• Maintain pipeline, account plans, forecasts in Salesforce/HubSpot.
• Represent the company at events and maintain local market presence.
