Job summary

dormakaba Americas is seeking a Sales Representative to drive the overall sales and profitability of Access Automation Solutions in the greater Ontario, California area, with remote work options. You will manage territory growth, nurture maintenance contracts, and expand end-user specifications while staying current on product knowledge and industry trends.

This role offers a base salary range of $80,000 to $110,000 plus generous incentive compensation, plus a competitive benefits package, and

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years sales experience.
• 50% travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop a plan for managing the assigned territory and meet sales targets.
• Grow the number of planned maintenance contracts, billable service calls, and end user specifications for the territory.
• Maintain current technical product knowledge and stay abreast of industry trends.
• Work closely with other sales staff by attending customer meetings on site and virtually.
• Build relationships with customers and collaborate with the sales team to improve customer support and meet sales goals.
