HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $85,000 - $95,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) What You Will Do

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the hospitality sector, focusing on electronic access control systems, cloud-based solutions, and integrated security technologies
• Develop and execute regional sales plans to achieve revenue targets, collaborating with marketing and product teams to align strategies
• Stay current about industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements to effectively position products and solutions
• Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close sales deals, ensuring alignment with company objectives and profitability goals. Develop reports and presentations that summarize sales performance, forecasts, and progress towards targets
• Work closely with internal teams, including engineering, operations and customer support to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction

What we require

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 5+ years sales experience
• 50% travel

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• Sales experience in access control, security, door hardware or hospitality industry
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management Software (CRM), pipeline development, forecasting, and consultative selling
