Certus Recruitment Group is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to own a regional hospitality software sales territory across Seattle, Dallas and Hawaii (remote in-market). You will drive SaaS bookings, manage the full sales cycle, and travel regularly within your territory.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of B2B hospitality technology sales, an established industry network, and a proven ability to close mid-market or enterprise deals.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of B2B sales in hotels, resorts or hospitality tech.
• Established network across hotel and hospitality sector.
• Proven track record of pipeline generation and closing mid-market or enterprise deals.
• Experience managing a regional territory and working independently.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• CRM experience with Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Fluent business English; willingness to travel.

Aufgaben

• Develop territory sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
• Identify and win new business across hotel groups, resorts and independent properties.
• Leverage existing hospitality relationships to generate opportunities.
• Manage full sales cycle from outreach through to contract negotiation and close.
• Build relationships with hotel owners, management companies and senior decision-makers.
• Maintain pipeline, account plans and forecasts in Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Represent the business at industry events and maintain a strong local market presence.
