The position covers WA, OR, ID, AK, and MT, with base salary $85,000–$95,000 plus an incentive plan and comprehensive benefits. 50% travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the hospitality sector, focusing on electronic access control systems, cloud-based solutions, and integrated security technologies.
• Develop and execute regional sales plans to achieve revenue targets, collaborating with marketing and product teams to align strategies.
• Stay current about industry trends, competitor offerings, and technological advancements to effectively position products and solutions.
• Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close sales deals, ensuring alignment with company objectives and profitability goals. Develop reports and presentations that summarize sales performance, forecasts, and progress towards targets.
• Work closely with internal teams, including engineering, operations and customer support to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.

Position Overview

dormakaba is seeking a Regional Sales Representative based in the greater Seattle, WA area. This field-based individual is responsible for specializing in access control solutions for the hospitality segment, responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities while managing and expanding relationships with existing clients such as hotels, resorts, casinos, and conference centers.

*This sales region includes Washington State, Oregon, Idaho, Alaska, & Montana*

HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $85,000 - $95,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
