Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Regional Operations Director for the DC Metro & N. Virginia area. The role oversees regional hospital operations across multiple sites, accountable for P&L and service delivery.

You will partner with hospital leaders to boost productivity and medical excellence while guiding pricing and enterprise initiatives with data-driven insights. Location: Remote. Compensation: $133,000 – $167,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in multi-unit operational performance with P&L responsibility; 10+ years preferred.
• Advanced digital fluency with productivity platforms such as MS365.
• Strong proficiency in data analytics platforms such as Excel and Power BI.
• Ability to relocate for career advancement.

Responsibilities

• Drive regional P&L and KPIs through effective hospital execution and accountability
• Identify growth opportunities and optimize service offerings
• Coach hospital leaders to enhance productivity while ensuring medical excellence
