Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, finance, nursing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in healthcare operations, physician practice, revenue cycle, or regional leadership.
• 3+ years of people leadership or multi-site operational leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of physician practice operations and healthcare revenue cycle performance.

• Lead operational performance and client partnerships across assigned physician practices.
• Establish a regional baseline and prioritized improvement plan for practices.
• Create a consistent operating cadence with practice and enterprise leaders.
