Job summary

A prominent healthcare organization is seeking a Regional Operations Leader responsible for overseeing multi-site operations across Virginia, Washington DC, and Maryland. The role entails managing P&L, ensuring operational excellence, and leading a team of Executive Directors. Ideal candidates will have 5–7+ years in operations leadership, preferably in healthcare, and strong skills in budget management and team development. This position demands travel within the state and a commitment to quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supervising managers or leading teams across multiple locations.
• Ability to travel within the state (up to 50–60%).
• Must maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Own and operate the full divisional P&L across multiple markets.
• Directly lead, coach, and hold Executive Directors accountable for outcomes.
• Execute market-level growth strategies across the division.
• Partner closely with Clinical Directors to ensure clinical quality.
• Serve as an escalation point for client, caregiver, and employee issues.
