Job summary

Radiology Partners is seeking an experienced operations leader to oversee regional activities across multiple radiology practices in the United States. The role emphasizes driving clinical performance, operating efficiency, and strong financial results through a dyad leadership model with physician leadership and client health system executives.

The position requires managing large, matrixed teams, developing leaders, and influencing across markets.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in healthcare operations or physician practice management.
• Proven ability to lead large, matrixed teams across diverse markets.
• Strong financial acumen including P&L ownership, budgeting and forecasting.
• Executive-level communication with C-suite hospital/health system leaders.
• Demonstrated change-management and process-improvement capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional operations across multiple radiology practices to ensure clinical performance and financial results.
• Serve as senior operational partner to physician leadership and client health system executives.
• Own regional P&L performance and drive productivity, cost discipline and growth initiatives.
• Lead and develop a team of Practice Directors and operational leaders across a broad geography; partner with sales for market expansion.
