Ladders is seeking a Regional Operations Director for the DC Metro & N. Virginia area. The role oversees regional hospital operations across multiple sites, accountable for P&L and service delivery.

You will partner with hospital leaders to boost productivity and medical excellence while guiding pricing and enterprise initiatives with data-driven insights. Location: Remote. Compensation: $133,000 – $167,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in multi-unit operational performance with P&L responsibility; 10+ years preferred.
• Advanced digital fluency with productivity platforms such as MS365.
• Strong proficiency in data analytics platforms such as Excel and Power BI.
• Ability to relocate for career advancement.

For our client, we are seeking a Regional Operations Director, DC Metro & N. Virginia to join the team of a leader in the Hospitals & Medical Centers space. This role will oversee regional hospital operations across a multi-site healthcare footprint, with direct accountability for P&L performance, execution standards, and consistent service delivery. The Regional Operations Director will partner closely with hospital leaders to strengthen productivity, improve client and associate experiences, and support medical excellence. This position will also use data-driven insights to identify growth opportunities, optimize workflows, and align pricing and enterprise initiatives with business goals.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $133,000 – $167,000 annually
