Legent Health is seeking a Regional Vice President of Operations to oversee multiple surgical facilities in a region, driving operational excellence, financial performance, and clinical quality. You will partner with physicians, staff, and company leadership to implement strategic initiatives and ensure high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Experience leading change and growth in healthcare organizations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentations.
• Understanding of business processes, procurement, revenue cycle, and facility finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of business plans for each facility in the region.
• Ensure quality metrics align with accreditation and regulatory guidelines.
• Recruit physicians and staff; develop new service lines and facility partnerships.
• Oversee monthly operating reviews and sustain performance beyond targets.
• Collaborate with HR and home office to hire, train, and develop facility leaders.
