Job summary

Lineage Logistics is seeking an experienced Regional Business Development Manager to build relationships and win new business in our Global Integrated Solutions portfolio, including multi-vendor consolidation, drayage, customs brokerage and freight services. Based in Jersey City or nearby, you will develop partnerships from initial outreach through onboarding and ongoing account management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field; or equivalent training in Business or Sales Management.
3+ years experience in sales and/or sales management; preferably in B2B; food or logistics experience strongly preferred.
Previous experience in all aspects of Supplier Relationship Management including prospecting, selling and closing new business.
Ability to gain deep knowledge of the service offerings and maximize sales opportunities during customer solutioning.
Proficient in CRM tools (Workday, Salesforce, etc.).
Ability to lead discussions, make presentations and deliver technical results to a non-technical audience.
