Port Jersey Logistics Network seeks a dynamic Regional Manager of Customer Solutions to lead and strengthen regional customer service operations from an on-site presence in Cranbury, NJ. The role focuses on developing talent, driving performance, and delivering service excellence across multiple facilities.

You will oversee Supervisors and regional teams, coach leaders, and partner with colleagues to align processes and customer commitments with operations.

Qualifications

5+ years of leadership experience in logistics or supply chain.
Experience leading remote teams.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent senior leadership experience.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop regional Customer Solutions Supervisors and teams across multiple facilities.
Monitor KPIs and regional performance to meet SLAs and business goals.
Strengthen client relationships and serve as strategic advisor to key accounts.
Oversee multi-site operations across geographies and adapt leadership locally.
Partner with Warehouse Operations and HR to standardize processes and improve efficiency.
Promote a people-first culture and employee development.
