Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Regional Business Development Manager to grow the assigned territory through industry engagement, networking, and market intelligence. You will evaluate opportunities, align capabilities with client needs, and support territory growth with targeted outreach and relationships.

The role requires travel and strong communication, CRM and relationship-building skills. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred; experience in BD or sales support is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years in business development, sales support or client engagement.
• Experience using CRM platforms and sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Develops relationships and identifies opportunities through industry engagement.
• Represents the organization at conferences, trade shows, and networking events.
• Analyzes market opportunities and shares insights with stakeholders.
• Qualifies opportunities and supports territory growth plans.
• Manages and analyzes business development activities and data.
