Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in business, marketing, communications or related field.
• Two years of experience in business development, sales support, account management, client engagement or similar role.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales engagement tools.

Responsibilities

• Develops relationships and identifies business development opportunities through events, networking and market intelligence.
• Represents the organization at industry conferences, trade shows and other events within assigned territory.
• Analyzes opportunities and provides recommendations to support client engagement and territory growth.
• Documents findings and provides business development insights to internal stakeholders.
• Lead nurturing and relationship development through multi-channel outreach.
• Supports territory growth through lead generation and targeted outreach.
