Sedgwick is seeking a Regional Business Development Manager to build relationships and identify opportunities through industry engagement, networking, and market intelligence in the assigned territory. You will analyze capabilities, pursue leads, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive client engagement and territory growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, public relations, or related field preferred.
• Two years of experience in business development, sales support, account management, or similar role.
• Strong verbal and written communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills.

Responsabilités

• Represent the organization at industry conferences, trade shows, associations, and networking events within an assigned territory.
• Develop and nurture relationships with prospective clients to generate opportunities and growth.
• Analyze market opportunities, provide recommendations, and support territory growth strategies.
• Lead follow-up plans, manage opportunity data, and communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Travel as required to meet with clients and attend events.
