EFI Global is seeking a Regional Business Development Manager to drive client engagement and territory growth across the United States. You will cultivate relationships, participate in industry events, and assess market opportunities to align EFI's capabilities with client needs.

This role emphasizes outbound networking, lead development, and competitive intelligence, with travel as required. A bachelor's degree and 2+ years in business development or sales support are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications or related field.
• 2+ years in business development, sales support, or similar role.
• Strong relationship-building and active listening skills.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales tools.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Responsabilités

• Represents EFI Global at industry conferences, trade shows, association meetings, and networking events within an assigned territory.
• Participates in professional associations and industry communities.
• Analyzes organizational priorities, service capabilities, and market opportunities to identify potential areas for business development engagement.
• Evaluates prospective opportunities against established business development criteria and provides recommendations.
• Documents findings and provides business development recommendations to internal stakeholders.
• Qualifies opportunities against established business development criteria.
• Facilitates and advances business development opportunities.
• Supports territory growth strategies through targeted outreach, lead generation, and relationship development efforts.
• Manages and analyzes business development activities and opportunity data.
• Builds and manages relationships with prospective clients.
• Gathers intelligence from conferences, events, and professional networks.
• Travel as required.
