Job summary

EFI Global in the United States is seeking a Regional Business Development Manager to cultivate client relationships, identify new opportunities, and guide market strategies across an assigned territory. The role emphasizes engagement at conferences, industry groups, and professional associations to expand EFI's engineering, fire investigation, and environmental services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, public relations, or related field (preferred).
• At least 2 years in business development, sales support, account management, or similar role.
• Strong relationship-building and active listening skills.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales engagement tools.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Proficient keyboarding; travel as required.
• Auditory/Visual: Hearing, vision and talking.

Responsibilities

• Represent EFI Global at industry conferences, trade shows, associations, and networking events.
• Participate in professional associations and industry communities.
• Analyze priorities, service capabilities, and market opportunities to identify BD engagement.
• Evaluate opportunities against BD criteria and provide recommendations.
• Document findings and provide BD recommendations to internal stakeholders.
• Qualify opportunities against established BD criteria.
• Facilitate and advance BD opportunities; support territory growth with outreach and lead generation.
• Manage and analyze BD activities and opportunity data.
• Build and manage relationships with prospective clients.
• Research industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities; travel as required.
